As the importer, you are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees applicable in your jurisdiction. We are not liable for any additional charges incurred during customs clearance.

Cancellations and Refunds

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without penalty, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipping. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted as processing and shipping may have commenced.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Refunds are issued in the following circumstances:

The wrong product was shipped.

We will assess the situation and, if warranted, provide a refund or replacement at our discretion within 14 business days.
